The fine print:
We do not move any furniture.
If you wish to move furniture, please be sure it is moved before we get there.
If you don’t want to move furniture, leave it in place and we will clean around it.
You cannot move furniture from one side of the room to the other after we have cleaned it while we are there.
You will need to make sure everything is picked up and vacuumed before we arrive.
Please do not wait until we arrive to start getting ready for your cleaning.
Driveway: We will need to park as close as possible to your front door. We do not want to go in through your garage.
Please make sure the driveway is clear. We will remind you of this when we call you to let you know we are on the way.
We will call 30 minutes before we head your way. Please make sure you are available during the time frame we give you.
If there is a problem with your cleaning, please call us and tell us.
Please be sure to have cash. We do NOT accept checks or credit cards.
A company receipt is always provided. We tell you all of these things on the phone at the time you make your appointment.
