To be ready for us…

The fine print:

We do not move any furniture.

If you wish to move furniture, please be sure it is moved before we get there.

If you don’t want to move furniture, leave it in place and we will clean around it.

You cannot move furniture from one side of the room to the other after we have cleaned it while we are there.  If you do, an extra charge will apply.

You will need to make sure everything is picked up and vacuumed before we arrive.

We can vacuum for an additional charge.  Please let us know in advance if you need this done.

Please be sure to have cash when we arrive.  We do not take checks or credit cards.  A Company receipt is always provided on the spot.

On empty homes, we may require payment before we start.  If this is a problem, we will be unable to clean for you.

Please do not wait until we arrive to start getting ready for us.

Driveway:  We will need to park as close as possible to your front door.  We do not want to go in through your garage.  Garages are usually cluttered and have cars in them.  We don’t want to even chance getting close to your car where it could be scratched.  Please make sure the driveway is clear.

We will call 30 minutes before we head your way.  If we do not get an answer, we will not head towards your home.  If you fail to call us right back, we may at our discretion cancel your appointment.  If you call us 2 hours after we have called you, please understand we likely will not be able to return or reschedule your appointment.

Above is why you need to vacuum very well.  These were little bb’s we kept sucking up.  From a toy gun or something.  We must have pulled out over 300 of these.
