There isn’t fine print. I want to cover every thing for you. I want you to know what you are getting, what I am doing for you and I want you to be as informed as possible. This page lets you know what to expect from me, and over on our preparation page, it will tell you what I need you to do for me so I can provide you with the best cleaning possible.

If you are choosing a whole house cleaning, please be sure to select the correct size. We do not base our prices on how much carpet you have, rather it is a flat rate based on the entire size of your home. If you choose the incorrect size, I may not see it until the day before or the day of your cleaning. I’ll do my best to let you know the wrong cleaning was selected and let you know that there will be a balance due if you selected the wrong size.
I do offer same day appointments and I charge an additional $50.00 extra on top of my normal prices or advertised specials. If you want to schedule same day, have your credit card ready and call 918-340-0517 8am to 5pm. If you call a company that can come right out, it is because they do not have enough business to keep their schedule full. I have to charge for same day appointments because my schedule stays full and I also have to pay my technician for the extra hours he/she will be working.
Our professional carpet cleaning service strictly specializes in truck-mounted steam cleanings. To elaborate: our commercial equipment is permanently mounted within our company’s trucks. This method, as opposed to bringing the equipment into your homes and businesses, improves overall steam production, and suction power while avoiding unnecessary clutter and hassle. We do not use portable machines that have to be plugged in.

We offer service in South Tulsa, East Tulsa, Mid Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks & Bixby.
The specials advertised will list which areas they are good for. Cash or check is welcome for any overages.If you are outside of our service area, we may still offer service to you, however it will be in what we call our extended area. When you put your zip code in, it will calculate the distance and the price automatically. So for example, if you are in Owasso and you are trying to get a Tulsa Cleaning at the Tulsa Price, this won’t happen as its outside of our normal service area. It will calculate it for you automatically.
*Overages only happen if you add on something extra such as an area rug, furniture, additional rooms, hallways or if you selected the wrong size home for your cleaning. I do not have any access to your credit card information and cannot charge anything else to your credit card via this system once you have scheduled and paid. The only thing I can do is issue refunds. If you add on anything extra the day of the cleaning, I can only accept cash or check for add on’s. A company receipt is always provided to you and you will always be e-mailed a receipt once you complete your booking online.
Making an appointment:
*Note: Your cancellation fee will not be refunded, for any reason, if you fail to cancel in the specified time frame. Our online scheduling is safe and secure. I also provide you with a paper receipt in person which shows what I am cleaning for you. I will send you a text message the night before your appointment to remind you, and to confirm your appointment. If you cancel the night of, a $50.00 fee will apply. If you need to cancel, please do so a full 24 full hours in advance. If you are even a minute past 24 hours, we still charge a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If you are not ready when we arrive, we will not be able to wait and a refund will be issued minus a $50.00 trip charge. We’d rather clean your carpet than charge you $50.00, so please be ready and please read all prep instructions when you schedule. If you do not answer after we have called you, we may at our option cancel your appointment after we have called you twice, we will then issue a refund to you minus the $50.00 fee for not keeping your appointment. In the event we cancel your appointment, we keep on file a screen shot showing we have called you at least twice. We really want to clean for you and don’t want to charge you $50.00, but business is business, so please be sure to answer your phone.
Our prices are all inclusive*, which means we have no gimmicks, extras or hidden fees. We will clean exactly what we advertise, for the price advertised, in the area advertised. If you request anything extra aside from our standard cleaning services, an additional charge will apply. For those that don’t understand what all inclusive means, another word or way of putting it is “Everything is included”.*All inclusive/Everything is included mean: pre-treatment of spots and stains, pet treatment if needed, deodorizing, neutralizing, pre-spraying the entire carpeted area, and steam cleaning the carpet.
There are no guarantees or warranties on any cleaning or service we offer. We cannot guarantee that every spot will come up, come out, or not come back — every carpet is different — however, we will provide you with the best cleaning possible. There are no refunds after services have been rendered. Please understand that carpet cleaning will not take out every spot or stain. If you haven’t cleaned your carpet in years, 1 cleaning isn’t going to get it all the first time. This is something you need to do at least 4 times a year.
Flood Extraction: I offer flood extraction. If your home or business has been flooded, please call or text me ASAP. My charge to come out starts at $400.00. This price includes extracting the water, treating for mold and mildew, cleaning the carpet to stop it from smelling and getting you on the track to making a full recovery. If I cannot help you with what you need, I work with multiple restoration companies that do much more than just cleaning.
Getting a new roof? If you are getting a roof put on, please do not schedule us until they are completely done. We ask that you let us know you have had a roof put on so we can run our magnet across the driveway to ensure we do not get any nails in our tires. If roofers are at your home doing a tear off of installation or repairs of a roof, we will not be able to clean for you due to the risk. There will be a $50.00 trip charge. We can issue a refund to you, or reschedule you at a time after the work is done.
