We offer a commercial cleaning price of .10 cents per square feet for businesses with a $75.00 minimum.
This price is available as long as everything is ready when we arrive.
By ready we mean:
All the floors have been vacuumed.
All furniture that you want moved is out of the way.
We are happy to accept your corporate check as long as we have pre approved it. We do require payment at the time services are rendered. You can pay us after the work is done, but of course before we leave. We only accept checks from qualified businesses. We do not accept checks for residential carpet cleaning.
We offer net 30 billing terms to qualified businesses with a signed credit agreement.
We use DUNS & BRADSTREET to verify a businesses credit worthiness.
