Welcome to Chris’s Carpet Cleaning.
I only offer service in South and East Tulsa. All of Broken Arrow, Jenks and Bixby.
Visa or Mastercard is required at time of booking. The full amount of the cleaning is charged at time of scheduling. If you need to cancel, you must cancel 48 hours or more in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, there is a 100% penalty.
I clean each morning from 6am to 12 noon.
When you call me, I personally come and clean your carpet.
I am bonded and insured.
I offer truck mounted steam cleaning and use the best of the best. I get the job done right the first time. I’ve been cleaning carpet now for over 20 years. I don’t use small portable machines. I have nice, large vans with the largest truck mount units on the market.
I clean a lot of homes which means I use a lot of cleaning solution. The cleaning solution I use is proprietary which means we designed it. I got tired of having to mix all this stuff together so I paid a chemist several years ago to create a green, eco friendly cleaning solution for carpet and tile that is safe for me, you, your family and pets and that includes everything I had to mix together all the time. It’s a bit more expensive than the cleaning solutions other companies use, but it is amazing and its safe. Some of the cleaning chemicals used by other companies have been known to cause cancer or seizures in pets. I invested the money into the best of the best so you not only receive the best cleaning possible, but you can be rest assured that you don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals in your home.
With each cleaning, it is all inclusive which means there are no extras, gimmicks or hidden charges. If you have pet urine, this cleaning includes pet treatment. If your carpet is really dirty, this cleaning includes the cleaner needed for it. The reason this is so important is because so many companies will come to your home and use bait and switch tactics. I don’t. If you add on additional rooms, there of course is a charge. If you add on tile or a rug, I charge for it. If you have an extra hallway, even if its really small, I charge for it because this is what I do for a living. I’m very straight forward and I have zero haggle policy. My prices are set. I don’t care if you own a thousand rental homes or a few. I will treat you with the same respect as everyone else, but I’m not going to discount my services to anyone or haggle on my prices as I don’t have to.
Some people will schedule a carpet cleaning based only on the price and they really don’t know what a good carpet cleaning is. When you schedule a carpet cleaning, I believe it is important to ask yourself a few questions.
- Can I trust this company to come into my home?
- Is the company I am hiring bonded and insured?
- Has the company I am hiring been in business long?
- Does the company I am hiring have a high turn over rate? This is an important question because if they do, it means they don’t usually have experienced techs.
- Is the owner doing the work or is the owner sending someone to do the work?
- What am I paying for and what am I receiving?
- Does the company I am hiring carry liability insurance on their vehicles
- Will the company I am hiring drive up to my home in a vehicle that will leak oil or other fluids on my driveway?
- Will the company or persons I’m hiring show up to my home dressed clean and be professional and know what they are doing?
- Is the company I am hiring going to pull a bait and switch on me or try to charge me extra at the end, have gimmicks or hidden charges?
- Is the company I am hiring going to steal from me?
- Is the company I am hiring going to be honest with me?
These are all important questions to ask. I address every single one of these questions through my page. I’m OCD. My vans and machines have to be perfect. If I even see a drip, even water, I send it into the shop. As stated through my website, I own the company and I clean each and every home personally and have one technician with me, who is experienced and knows what they are doing. I explain in detail what you are receiving and what I need you to do for me to be ready. I explain my cancellation policy. I explain all fees that I charge. This is also e-mailed to you when you schedule with me as well as a link to our preparation page. As stated, I am fully bonded and insured. I am always clean shaven, as well as my tech and you will usually find us wearing either a polo shirt depending on the heat or a company T-shirt or hoodie, again it depends on the weather.
Honesty: I’ve always stood by this. If I come to your home and determine I can’t clean it because it needs replaced or I don’t feel I can improve it, I will tell you up front. This may not be what you want to hear, but if this is the case, then that’s all there is to it. If I determine I cannot clean your carpet because it is beyond cleaning, I will issue a full refund to you no cancellation fee as long as it is within our normal service area. If I have driven outside of the normal service area, what ever the trip charge is will be non refundable as time is money. If your home isn’t ready when we arrive, as stated in our prep page, we won’t be able to clean and we charge you $50.00 and refund the balance. You can reschedule at your leisure on our website.
Expectations: I’m cleaning your carpet. Every carpet is different. It doesn’t mean I can get every single stain out. If you have followed my prep page, I’m not going to be at your home very long. If I am cleaning 1 to 5 rooms for you on the ground floor, I will be at your home usually about 30 to 45 minutes. If I am cleaning a 2 story home, both up and downstairs, the time will range anywhere from 45 minutes up to 2 hours. I’ve done this for 20 years. I’m not rushing through anything and when I do a walk through with you of your home prior to starting any work, I am looking to see what I need to use to get the job done right, not damage your home, not scratch your baseboards and leave your home in better condition than I found it in. If I’m only cleaning 1 or 2 rooms for you, I might be there for 20 minutes. It doesn’t decrease the price as I still have to drive there, unload all my equipment, clean, load it up and drive on. I have no idea what is in your carpet. There are no warranties at all. If a spot returns, I will not return and re-clean it for free. I’m happy to address why spots may return to your carpet, however a lot of people have the misconception that it is the carpet cleaners fault that a spot returned. Usually if a spot returns, it is deep in the padding and the padding needs replaced.
